SUSHIKO JAPANESE KAITEN RESTAURANT FERRARA

Presso il Centro Commerciale Diamante, a Ferrara, ha da poco aperto il nuovo ristorante Sushiko.
E' uno dei ristoranti di una catena che ha la propria sede a Reggio Emilia e che in pochi anni si è espansa un po' in tutto il territorio italiano.
L'aspetto esterno è un po' anomalo per un normale ristorante, essendo in un capannone adiacente al centro commerciale.
L'interno invece è molto ben studiato, moderno, luminoso e di design.
Il ristorante offre una formula menu a prezzo fisso a 9.90 euro a mezzogiorno e a 15.90 euro a cena.
Aperto tutti i giorni dalle 12 alle 24, questo ristorante ha una filosofia nuova per una realtà cosi' piccola come quella ferrarese ma sorprendentemente questa filosofia è stata ben accolta dal pubblico, il ristorante è sempre molto frequentato.
I piatti sono serviti a buffet mediante contenitori termici e servizio fai da te. Inoltre c'è la possibilità di far cuocere alla piastra cio' che si desidera ( pesce e carne). La cucina è piu' che altro cinese: involtini, ravioli, spaghetti di riso, riso alla cantonese, verdure al vapore etc.. Una parte del ristorante accessibile a tutti quelli che usufruiscono del menu, è dedicata al sushi e alla cucina giapponese.
Il tappeto scorre con in cima i piatti che si possono prendere liberamente fino a che non ci si sia saziati.
Ci sono anche gelati di vari gusti, dolci cinesi e una scelta di frutta mista.
E' il locale perfetto per una pausa pranzo veloce ed economica o per una cena particolare fra amici che amino la cucina orientale.
Non ho trovato particolarmente eccezionale il cibo, ma tutto è normalmente commestibile e apparentemente fresco.
Le bevande si devono pagare a parte, ho trovato un po' cara la birra poichè non c'è scelta ( hanno solo la Asahi) e costa 4.50 euro.
Non amo particolarmente questi locali rumorosi ed affollati ma capisco che di questi tempi la formula a prezzo fisso economica e generosa, è sicuramente una proposta vincente.

Near the Shopping centre Diamante in Ferrara, Restaurant Sushiko has recently opened.
It's part of a company who has it's central in Reggio Emilia and has expanded in a few time all around Italy.
The exterior building it's quite strange for a restaurant because it's a commercial building beside the shopping centre. The interior part it's nicely decorated with modern design and the risult is very bright.
The menu is 9.90 euros for lunch and 15.90 for dinner, the restaurant is open every day from 12 to 24.
Althought the filosophy of this restaurant it's new and strange  for a little centre as Ferrara, Susiko it's very popular and many people like this brand new restaurant.
It's a self service restaurant that offers chinese dishes and there's a grill service for fresh fish and meat.
The japanese part is a self service buffet with sushi.
There are also ice creams and there's a selection of fresh fruit.
Sushiko is the perfect restaurant for a quick luch time or for a funny dinner for oriental food lovers.
I can't say the food it's particularly tasty or that I loved this restaurant, but at least I can say the food it's fresh.
Drinks are not included in the menu and I found the beer too expensive ( 4.50 euros) considering there's only Asahi Beer.
Personally I don't like noisy and crowded restaurants, but I know that in these times a all you can eat restaurant is the most popular choice.
